Refund Policy

Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Should payment not be received in full, NELC reserves the right to make limited space available to other persons who have paid in full.

Cancellation must be received in writing to vgriffin@nelc-law.org at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be provided on receipt of cancellation less than thirty (30) days but at least ten (10) days in advance. Failure to provide at least ten (10) days written notice in advance of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the registration in full.

Should NELC cancel or postpone the event, NELC will provide a credit for future events, which must be used within 12 months of the original postponement/cancellation date.
