In the aftermath of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to end race-conscious affirmative action in college admissions, anti-DEI sentiment has transcended academia. DEI programs, and DEI generally, across the country are under increased scrutiny as businesses reassess their programs and liabilities, and state and local governments around the country are beginning to propose and implement measures to restrict or eliminate race-conscious considerations in numerous and varied areas.
